My little Christmas report for you!
Aren't these just the cutest little faces ever? This is what happens when you don't have little kids at your house anymore...you start making cute faces to hang around!
I love Disneyland at Christmas time!
We actually have one…hanging in our kitchen. But I should have had one that I personally pay attention to. Maybe if I had made one myself…maybe then I would have been paying more attention to where the time had been escaping to. It always happens like this, and I, by the sin of omission, have let Christmas sneak up on me. You would think that after 55 years I would be accustomed to the routine, but noooooooo! I now have less than two weeks before my time is up and Christmas has been reduced to little more than a happy memory. We have big things planned this week. Tomorrow, Megan, Jake and I are going to Disneyland to get swallowed up into the Disney Christmas Spirit. We have passes, Jake is in town and we haven’t been there since before Halloween. All day Wednesday – and probably into Thursday – I will be wrapping presents…for someone else. Friday we start our baking madness, which will continue through Saturday afternoon, with a brief intermission for me to go usher at “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego. I’m so excited for that! Sunday is time for “Sister Friendly” during sharing time in Primary. My Primary kids are absolutely wonderful! I need to bake or make them some sort of special treat. Note to self: make treats
Oh what fun it is to work with October Afternoon's Holiday Style product line!
Making flowers with rayon seam binding is really quick and easy!
Helped a friend, washed my car, did some laundry and went to my Relief Society activity. The lights at the Temple were a great ending to a very regular day!
When did decorating a Christmas tree get to be so difficult?
I love "A Christmas Carol" and I love this Mormon Message!
Have you been to see the Muppet's new movie...The Muppets? (2011) I haven't seen it yet, but it comes highly recommended by Megan and Mike!
