Rhodes-Rolls
I have this crazy idea that I am a super baker, and if I do this right, I should be able to bake 300 or so Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls for the ward's Christmas party on Saturday, Friday…all by myself.  I have this all planned out:

5:30am – Take out 2 bags of 36 count dinner rolls and place them on sprayed cookie sheets; spray plastic wrap and cover.  Let rise for 3 – 4 hours.  Bake, one pan at a time, each for 15 minutes.  (The baking for this should start by 9:00 – 9:30am)

6:30am – Take out 2 bags of 36 count dinner rolls and place them on sprayed cookie sheets; spray plastic wrap and cover.  Let rise for 3 – 4 hours.  Bake, one pan at a time, each for 15 minutes.  (The baking for this should start by 10:00 – 10:30am)

7:30 am – Take out 2 bags of 36 count dinner rolls and place them on sprayed cookie sheets; spray plastic wrap and cover.  Let rise for 3 – 4 hours.  Bake, one pan at a time, each for 15 minutes.  (The baking for this should start by 11:00 – 11:30am)

8:30am – Take out 2 bags of 36 count dinner rolls and place them on sprayed cookie sheets; spray plastic wrap and cover.  Let rise for 3 – 4 hours.  Bake, one pan at a time, each for 15 minutes.  After prepping the rolls, make raspberry muffins and bake right away.  (I should be able to start baking this batch of rolls by 12:00 – 12:30pm)

9:30am – Take out 2 bags of 36 count dinner rolls and place them on sprayed cookie sheets; spray plastic wrap and cover.  Let rise for 3 – 4 hours.  Bake, one pan at a time, each for 15 minutes.  (The baking for this batch should start by 1:00 – 1:30pm)

If I follow this ingenious plan, I should be able to bake 10 – 36count bags of Rhodes dinner rolls by approximately 2:00pm.  Question is:  Is this plan foolproof?  Heck no.  Variable factors:  will the kitchen be warm enough, will I have enough cookie sheets, will I be distracted by other projects, can I stay on task?  Another question:  Since when have I ever been able to keep to schedule?  Only the morning will tell!  I can already smell…in my mind, of course…all that yummy bread in my kitchen!

I still have some Rhodes coupons left…remember?  Those FREE ones?  I will pick 3 random winners, but I will do it by Saturday because the coupons expire 12-31-09 and I would hate for any one of them to go to waste!  So take a minute, leave a comment and make a prediction to see if YOU think I can stay on task…Let's say that I will be done baking my 10 bags of Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls by 2:30pm tomorrow.  I might even send more than one coupon to the 3 winners!  You will have to pardon me now…I'd better get to bed.  I have an early start tomorrow!  I will keep you posted on my progress
